Client: Retail/Supplier Product Launch for leading global management consulting, technology services company – [Retail Supply Chain Certification Program]

Results: Assisted in the launch of a new product to provide an education certification product for retailers and suppliers of retailers. This included collateral material, press materials, website content, print ad content, an internal announcement and a trade show announcing the new product. This was all done during a 3 month timeframe. The product is recommended to its suppliers by Wal-Mart. [Website]

Results: Managed the development of a Flash marketing presentation.

Client: Retailer

Results: Developed the overall concept, store design, business and marketing plans, and graphic identity. We then managed the entire integrated marketing function which included advertising, collateral development, direct mail, public relations, and event management. Some of the events included personal appearances by celebrity chefs such as Julia Child and Charlie Trotter. As a result of the public relations program the store had multiple mentions and feature articles in such media as: InStyle Magazine, Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, Superstation WGN, ABC TV, Chicago Sun Times, and Chicago Tribune.

Results: Developed the client's overall go-to-market strategy, created their brand and designed their website. We also worked to help identify channels for lead and prospect generation, and developed new collateral material to support this effort.

Client: Realty & Vacation Rental Company

Results: Reviewed the organizations overall marketing plan and identified areas for improvement. Developed new four color print advertising concepts and content.

Results:
Planned, conducted and managed the media relations activities for a new consumer product launch. This engagement included product positioning, developing an overall public relations and sales channel strategy and plan, creating marketing messages and communications (including all press releases and press kits) and overall responsibility and management of contacts with media. The project resulted in media placements in print and radio in such publications as The New York Times, San Francisco Chronicle, Chicago Tribune and Vanity Fair. [Website]

Client: New Product & Services Division for a leading global management consulting, technology services company

Results: Provided an outsourcing function for the marketing department for this company that was in the process of releasing a new market offering centered on delivering online education over the internet using distance learning delivery methods. This engagement included developing a business and marketing plan, competitive analysis, focus group testing, developing electronic and print collateral material, developing a Flash announcement and sales toolkit, and developing an internal communication and rollout plan. In addition, we provided coordination activities with an extensive number of industry experts and authors to develop content for this offering. [Website]

Results: Planned and managed the development of an internal program to deliver education/training to a consulting firm’s internal Supply Chain Consultants. This included managing the development of a website, developing a distance learning education delivery program, outsourcing the content development, developing collateral material, as well as communicating and rolling out the program on a global basis.

Client: New Product and Services Division for a leading management consulting, technology services company

Results: Developed and implemented an internet marketing program for selling products and services over the internet. Prior to implementing the program their website was getting 1-2 visits per day. Within the first 30 days 130,000 visitors had seen their site appear on search results pages and over 3,000 had visited their site. Within the first six months 1.9 million visitors had seen their site appear on search results pages and over 21,000 had visited their site.

Results: Conducted market intelligence work to support the marketing of one of the company's software product to a new target industry. This included researching and locating potential leads, developing/conducting surveys, research/analysis and the development of a prospect database.

Results: Developed marketing material including success stories and press releases to obtain media coverage for their global software product that is being used by over 7,200 users in 60 countries.

Client: Enterprise software and services consulting company

Results: Managed the development of a competitive analysis program. We developed a list of product competitors and evaluated them in relation to the client’s soon to be released product. The project included an evaluation of their current internet presence, marketing collateral, product characteristics, and overall positioning in the marketplace.
