Results: Provided an outsourcing function for the for this company that was in the process of releasing a new market offering centered on delivering online education over the internet using distance learning delivery methods. This engagement included developing a business and marketing plan, competitive analysis, focus group testing, developing electronic and print collateral material, developing a Flash announcement and sales toolkit, and developing an internal communication and rollout plan. In addition, we provided coordination activities with an extensive number of industry experts and authors to develop content for this offering. This product is expected to generate over $1 Billion per year by 2011.

Results: Developed an educational blended learning approach for a group of software product users on a global basis.

Results: Managed a 200 person 3-day training session in the US and then in Europe.

Client: Global Provider of Training

Results: Produced and managed a 100 person, 2-day training session in South Florida. The target audience was high level executives that paid to attend the education event. We negotiated the hotel contract and saved the client a significant amount of money for the program. The production of the training session was completely outsourced to Brust Consulting, Inc., but at the same time we worked as partners with our client to ensure the success of the event.

Results:
Planned and managed the development of an internal program to deliver education/training to a consulting firm’s internal Supply Chain Consultants. This included managing the development of a website, developing a distance learning education delivery program, outsourcing the content development, developing collateral material, as well as communicating and rolling out the program on a global basis.

Results: Developed, planned, and executed 12 focus groups and 45 private interviews around the globe to evaluate the effectiveness of the client’s current internal communications program and used the results to develop a new strategy and approach for communicating to their audiences.
