Results: Produced a client testimonials video which included script writing, on-camera interviewing, session scheduling, editing and final distribution. These videos were used in the marketing and sales of the product.

Developed an internal communication program for their global financial function, the company has 110,000 people in 48 countries.

Client: New Product and Services Division for a leading global management consulting, technology services company

Results: Developed, planned, and executed 12 focus groups and 45 private interviews around the globe to evaluate the effectiveness of the client’s current internal communications program and used the results to develop a new strategy and approach for communicating to their audiences.

Client: Global Services Company

Results: Planned and managed the development of an internal program to deliver education/training to a consulting firm’s internal Supply Chain Consultants. This included managing the development of a website, developing a distance learning education delivery program, outsourcing the content development, developing collateral material, as well as communicating and rolling out the program on a global basis.
